Por lo expuesto precedentemente este Honorable Tribunal de Penas en uso de sus facultades RESUELVE:

1°) No aplicar sanción disciplinaria al jugador CARUS Miguel perteneciente a Porteño F.C., por un error del árbitro Sr. GATTI Silvio al proceder a aplicar las reglas de juego.

2°) Aplicar al Árbitro Sr. GATTI Silvio, una suspensión de QUINCE (15) días, por infracción al Art. 270° R. T. Y PENAS).
